Nothing screams elegance like an entire historic mansion at your disposal. Your guests can wander among the rooms from the billiards room in the lower level to the library and more.
Perfect for a progressive tasting or cocktail party for up to 150 guests. Additional rentals of tables and chairs may be required.

Get the privacy and elegance of a full venue buyout with less expense. The Birch Road Clubhouse, located in the carriage house behind the mansion features a first floor bar and lounge plus an upstairs dining room and more.

The former stables have been converted into a beautiful private club that is available for private events with Seattle Private Events.

All our rentals include a dedicated event coordinator to assist in the planning of your event. Our venue is 100% BYO, which means you get complete flexibility in your food and beverage selection. But don't worry, with your rental at the Stimson-Green Mansion you get access to our trusted vendors that are ready to make your event shine, or opt to work with a vendor of your choice. You can even bring your own food and drink! It's all up to you.

Billiards Room Cocktail Party
A group of 20 friends decided to book the Parlour + Billiards room for a fun night out. They brought a few cases of seltzers, ordered in sushi, and we did the rest!

Anniversary Dinner
For their 20th Anniversary a couple decided to treat 18 friends to an elegant night out. They welcomed their guests in the library with a themed pre-batched cocktail that celebrated the couple's love of travel. Then the guests moved to the opulant 20-person dining room for a 4-course Chef's Dinner.

Charity Fundraiser
A national non-profit hosted their Annual Gala at the Mansion, reserving the entire venue. Each room was "hosted" by a Board Member who selected the food and beverage to be served in their room and highlighted a different achievement of the charity.
Guests enjoyed moving from room-to-room and getting to know all the Non-Profit's Accomplishments!
